There is a dozen minimum.
There is a small additional fee for wrapping options under a 5 pack.
Please be aware that even a dozen minis is not a large visual quantity if you are placing them on a platter for display at your event. For this reason, 2 dozen is highly recommended. 
The cookies are 1-2" based on the design, so use that as a measurement before ordering to see how much physical space they will take if you will be displaying them on a platter.
PLEASE NOTE: mini cookie cutters are not as widely offered and I will use actual shaped cutters when possible. Otherwise, I will use a basic shape like a circle, square or hexagon that goes best with your theme.
