About Me

Hi! My name is Jennifer Darling. Yes, Darling is my actual last name. I look short in this picture of my family, but I'm actually 5'8", which is pretty tall for a girl. :-)  I've been decorating cookies since 2018. Before that I was just decorating with my kids as a Christmas tradition.  I am a self taught baker and decorator.  My two kids and I, and my mom, are Celiac, so all my cookies and food and everything in my kitchen is gluten free and has been since 2009. I don't bake anything with gluten in it, even on request, as that would contaminate my kitchen. 
I work under the Colorado Cottage Law in my home in Colorado.  All my cookies are porch pick up. I don't deliver or ship.

I currently have two assistants that help with orders and classes.
