Hi! My name is Jennifer Darling.

Yes, Darling is my actual last name. 

I've been decorating cookies since 2018. Before that I was just decorating with my kids as a Christmas tradition. I am a self-taught baker and decorator. 

My two kids and I, and my mom, are Celiac, so all my cookies and food and everything in my kitchen is gluten free and has been since 2009. I don't bake anything with gluten in it, even on request, as that would contaminate my kitchen. Eventhough the majority of my clientele is not gluten free; I cater to those with food allergies because I know what it's like to never get to have the good desserts or even anything at all when you go anywhere there is food. I can provide dairy free, corn free, dye free and vegan all on request. Since my cookies are already gluten free, there is no upcharge for that. In fact, you'll notice if you shop around other Cookiers, my pricing is inline with those at my same/similar skill level and they don't even bake gluten free, or they charge a lot extra for that with the possibility of cross contamination. With that said however, the other allergens listed may have a higher cost due to the increased cost of acquiring those ingredients that I do not carry in stock. 

I am located in northern Thornton, Colorado and work under the Colorado Cottage Law in my home. That law dictates that I am not allowed to ship outside of Colorado, and since I do not deliver, all my cookies are for local porch pick up.  This means, if you are not local for pick up, you can ask a friend or family to purchase and ship/deliver them to you.
