I have moved from Colorado to Texas!!
After 11 1/2 years in CO and 8 1/2 years decorating cookies there,
my husband took a new job in Texas and I look forward to making gluten free treats for all y'all Texans!
P.S. I was born and raised in Plano and lived all over the metroplex before we left for Colorado in 2014. I'm sad to leave Colorado, but excited to be back home for this next chapter. Although, I could do without the HEAT!! LOL!
What's coming up?
Obviously the holidays are almost here and I have a 3 car garage FULL of boxes, plus a large storage unit.
I don't anticipate being able to offer any holiday cookies this year, so more than likely, the first holiday I'll offer cookies for will be Valentine's (in 2027).

Meet The Cookie Darling
Hi! My name is Jennifer Darling - and yes, Darling really is my last name!
I have been decorating cookies professionally since 2018, though my journey began as a Christmas tradition with my children. As a self-taught, celiac baker and decorator, I take pride in ensuring that all my creations are gluten-free, as my family and I have been living gluten-free since 2009. While the majority of my clientele may not have gluten restrictions, (and they can’t tell that my cookies are gluten free by the way), I am dedicated to accommodating those with food allergies, understanding how difficult it can be to find delicious desserts. In addition to gluten free, I also offer dairy-free, nut-free, corn-free, dye-free, and vegan options upon request. You will find that my pricing is competitive with others at a similar skill level ensuring quality and affordability, with no upcharge for gluten free.
I am based in Melissa Texas, which is a suburb of Dallas and operate under the Texas Cottage Law from my home. This law restricts me from shipping outside of state lines, so I can ship within the entire state and most orders will be available for local porch pick-up only. If you’re not nearby, feel free to ask a friend or family member to purchase and send them to you.
